Now ofcourse, each bathroom remodel is going to be different and if you are spending more money on higher end fixtures, then that percentage may go up while walls and ceilings may be completely eliminated.

- Mid-Range Renovation – A mid-range renovation usually includes a new toilet, tub and tile surround, double sink and new vanity, medicine cabinet and maybe new floors and wall paint or paper. Most mid-range renovations cost in the $10,000 to $15,000 range.
- High End Renovation – High end or upscale renovations may include expanding the overall space of the bathroom, moving fixtures including plumbing, replacing pieces like toilets and baths with high-end models. It may also include a new shower and surround, stone countertops, two sinks, a new vanity , flooring, lighting and an exhaust system. This is basically a clean slate with upgraded fixtures. Most high-end or upscale bathroom renovations costs upwards of $25,000.
