I’ve used you on and off in the past, but since dealing with Brandon the last couple of times, had been leaning towards BKT as my primary source (not that I do that many kitchens/baths). I had two vanity tops cut and installed this week. Unfortunately there was a mishap with one and it was damaged on site.
I came down yesterday, Thursday June 13th, and Brandon, Tre, and Alex Morales walked with me through all the remnants inside and out, leaning slabs back and forth so I could choose a replacement. They fabricated the top later in the day. Tre and Alex Morales came out this morning and completed the install.
My wife and I own 2 small businesses in Delaware. Therefore, I thought it was important to bring to your attention the caliber of these 3 guys. Brandon has always been exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. But, I was so pleasantly surprised at how Tre and Alex M. dropped everything, and really bent over backwards to correct the situation. All 3 men are extremely professional in dealing with customers, and competent in their work. As a business owner, I can attest to how hard it is to find and retain good people.
Christina was extremely helpful and competent at helping us pick out cabinetry and understanding price points. Very pleasant experience working with her!
Cammie was very helpful throughout our remodel. She is very knowledgeable about her products and different design styles and such a pleasant person to work with!
When I started the kitchen during this home renovation, I reached out to a couple vendors. BK&T responded immediately and helped me find the perfect countertop. I was able to find a beautiful remnant piece of granite for a small kitchen and it’s absolutely changed the look. I will certainly be using BK&T for the next home I renovate.
