Maintain Your American Olean Tile

Tile maintenance is relatively easy and with minimal care, it will maintain its original high quality for years to come. It is especially important to avoid using ammonia to clean your tiles, due to the discoloration it will cause.

Wall Tiles

For routine tile care on your walls, we recommend that you wipe the tiles periodically with a clean cloth or sponge that has been dampened with any household cleaner (stay away from oil-based cleaners).

Floor Tiles

For routine tile care on your floors, we recommend vacuuming the floor often to remove dirt that has been caught in the grout. Then you can go over your tile flooring with a mop dampened with your non-oil based cleaner.
